The Syrian child refugees who 'do not exist'

The number of children forced to flee the Syria conflict as refugees has now reached one million.

Most have arrived in Lebanon, Jordan, Turkey, Iraq and Egypt. Increasingly, Syrians are fleeing to North Africa and Europe too.

But with no paperwork, many children do not they do not officially exist, and find themselves surviving on the streets.

Jim Muir reports from the Lebanese capital, Beirut.
