Kuwaitis vote for new parliament amid boycott

Voting is underway in Kuwait's second parliamentary election in just eight months.

The outcome is likely to be in favour of candidates close to the ruling dynasty.

Opposition factions are boycotting the vote and as the BBC's Carine Torbey explains, turnout is expected to be low.
