Harsh realities of life in an overcrowded Syrian refugee camp

The number of people fleeing the conflict in Syria has reached 1.6 million, according to the latest figures from the United Nations.

But camps such as Domiz in Iraqi Kurdistan - set up to accommodate the influx of refugees - are already struggling to cope with the ever-rising numbers of people in need.
