Egypt's voters back President Morsi's new constitution

Egypt's voters have officially backed a new constitution.
The electoral commission said 63.8 per cent voted to accept President Morsi's proposals, which have led to huge demonstrations in recent weeks.
Critics argue the controversial document favours Islamists and does not do enough to protect minorities.
