Anti-Morsi protests continue outside presidential palace

Help

Protests are being held outside the presidential palace in Cairo by Egyptians angry at President Mohamed Morsi for granting a recent decree which gives him wide-ranging new powers.

They say a controversial draft constitution does not do enough to protect the political freedoms of ordinary Egyptians.

One anti-Morsi protester said the president was setting himself up as a dictator.
