Help

Syrian state media says several people have been killed in a car bomb explosion in a Christian area of the capital, Damascus.

The explosion, near a police station in the Bab Touma district of the old city, comes as the UN-Arab envoy to Syria met President Assad to discuss a temporary ceasefire.

James Reynolds reports from the Turkey-Syria border.
