Syria 'using more cluster bombs'


The campaign group Human Rights Watch says Syrian forces are stepping up their use of cluster bombs in populated areas.

The group says there has been a significant increase in reports purporting to show evidence of such weapons being used.

Meanwhile Turkey has banned all Syrian flights over its territory after Syria announced it was forbidding Turkish planes from its air space.
