Israeli downs unmanned aircraft

Help

Israeli fighter planes have shot down an unmanned aircraft that entered its airspace from the Mediterranean.

The UAV or drone was not carrying any explosives, and was destroyed over a largely uninhabited area in the north of the Negev desert.

Israeli officials say they are taking the incident seriously.

James Kelly reports.
