Meet Syria's female activists

Help

Many women in Syria have decided to join the revolution, and become ''free women'', or Haraeer, as they call themselves in Arabic.

Lina is one such activist. The 29-year-old works in a Syrian field hospital, documenting patients as they are admitted.

The information they gather is then passed on to the international media.

Roopa Suchak reports.
