Syria's growing aid crisis
More than 2.5m Syrians who have been internally displaced by the ongoing conflict are in need of support, according to the UN.
The violent uprising against President Basher al-Assad has continued for more than 18 months. Many people have lost family members, their homes or their livelihoods.
But the Syrian Arab Red Crescent aid agency says it does not have enough supplies to help all those who need it.
