More refugees as Arab leaders call for change in Syria
Egypt's new President, Mohamed Mursi, has told Arab leaders in Cairo that the time has come for change in Syria.
More than 100,000 people fled Syria in August, according to the UN which is the highest monthly figure since the conflict began.
The BBC's correspondent, Yolande Knell, reports from a camp for Syrian refugees in Jordan.
