Corrie: 'Driver must have seen Rachel'

Help

An Israeli court ruling which cleared the state of Israel over the death of a US activist has been criticised by a fellow protester and eyewitness.

Tom Dale was demonstrating alongside Rachel Corrie, 23, when she was killed in the Gaza Strip by an Israeli army bulldozer in 2003.

She had been trying to stop Palestinian homes being pulled down in Gaza.

Mr Dale countered the the court's conclusion that the driver had not seen Rachel.
