Video appears to show Syrian rebels abusing pro-Assad forces
Footage has emerged which appears to show Syrian rebels abusing captured pro-Assad forces.
It comes as Syria's former prime minister Riad Hijab made his first public statement on Tuesday.
Speaking in Jordan, Hijab claimed that President Assad's regime was "on the verge of collapse", and is collapsing "morally, financially and militarily".
