William Hague: Syria government 'delusional'


Syria has said it will not use chemical weapons against its own people, but would do so against an external attack.

Reacting to the comments, UK Foreign Secretary William Hague said: "This is typical of the complete delusion of this regime, that they are the victims of external aggression".

"In any case, it is unacceptable to say that they would use chemical weapons under any circumstance", he added.
