Iran's missile launch exercise
Iran has launched several missiles as a part of a military exercise.
The state press agency IRNA has reported that the exercise included long-range missiles capable of hitting US warships in the Persian Gulf.
The launch coincides with the beginning of an EU oil embargo aimed at putting pressure on Iran over its nuclear programme.
