Nato condemns Syria over Turkey jet downing
Nato has condemned Syria's shooting down of a Turkish military jet, saying it showed a "disregard" for international norms and human life.
It came after Nato ambassadors met for a special session in Brussels at the request of Turkey.
But while Turkey appears to have ruled out military action, PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan told parliament Syria's actions would not go unanswered.
