Syrian massacre 'could be a turning point'
There is growing international outrage over the killing of more than ninety people including 32 children in the Syrian town of Houla.
A joint statement by the UN Secretary-General, Ban Ki-moon and the UN-Arab League envoy, Kofi Annan, accused the Syrian government of violating international law.
The American Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, pledged that Washington would work with other countries to end what she called President Assad's "rule by murder and fear".
