Syria explosions: First blast 'attracted crowd'

A journalist based in Damascus has told the BBC that a military intelligence building appeared to have been targeted by two deadly explosions.

Alaa Ibrahim told the BBC that people wounded in the blasts had told him the first explosion had been used to attract a crowd; the second "was the big one".
