Further doubts over UN mission as Syrian violence continues

A pro-government television station in Syria has said a car bomb has exploded in central Damascus, wounding at least three people.

The explosion has been blamed on "armed terrorists" as further clashes are reported across the Syrian capital.

The continuing violence has led to further questions over the role of UN international monitors, sent to the country to observe the cease-fire.

Jim Muir reports.
