Bahrain Grand Prix to go ahead day after protester dies

The Formula One Grand Prix in Bahrain will take place later despite calls by the opposition there for it to be cancelled.

The authorities say they are confident it will not be disrupted by protests and have increased security around the circuit.

Tensions have been heightened by the death of a man yesterday, who had taken part in demonstrations.
