Massacre in Syrian town of Taftanaz

The BBC's Ian Pannell reports from the Syrian town of Taftanaz where a massacre is reported to have been carried out by Syrian forces.

The UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon has said the situation in Syria remains "highly precarious" and he said he had seen "troubling" evidence of continuing violence.
