Russia's Lavrov urges Syria to comply with Annan plan

Russia's Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov says he hopes the international peace plan for Syria can still bring an end to the country's conflict following talks with his Syrian counterpart.

Speaking in Moscow after talks with Syria's Foreign Minister Walid Muallem, Sergei Lavrov reiterated calls for President Assad's regime to end the violence that has been going on for more than a year.
