Syria unrest: 'Dozens killed' in Aleppo blasts
At least 25 people have been killed by explosions outside security forces compounds in Syria's second city of Aleppo, state media report.
The government has blamed terrorists for the blasts, but opposition activists blame the regime.
The blasts were said to have been heard from at least a kilometre away.
