Syria activists: 150 killed in 3 days

Help

Opponents of President Bashar al-Assad's regime claim around 150 people have been killed inside Syria in the last three days.

It comes as the Arab League decided to suspend its observer mission in the country - a decision described by Syria as "strange".

The government claimed that the Arab League had been attempting to influence the United Nations Security Council when it meets on Tuesday.

Jon Leyne reports from Cairo, where the Arab League has its headquarters.
