Syria unrest: Most Homs hospitals 'surrounded by tanks'

Help

Syrian security forces are reported to have killed at least 14 people involved in protests against the government, most in the city of Homs.

Activists in the city say they support the call from Human Rights Watch for the Arab League to suspend Syria.

A doctor based in the city told the BBC "Homs is in catastrophe right now... most of the hospitals... are surrounded by tanks and military forces".
