Syrian forces increase crackdown on protests


Syrian troops and tanks have entered two more towns in the north of the country in an attempt to stop anti-government protests.

Protesters in many parts of Syria are preparing to take to the streets again after Friday prayers, as the uprising against President Assad goes into its fourth month.
