Nato takes over command of Libya no-fly zone
After days of disagreement and confusion, Nato has agreed to take over the responsibility of enforcing the no-fly zone over Libya.
Ambassadors meeting in Brussels made the decision after several days of disagreement over Nato's role in the military action.
However no decision has yet been made on the more controversial issue of who should be in charge of military operations to protect civilians.
