Buenos Aires protests over power cuts

Residents of the Argentine capital Buenos Aires are holding street protests against power cuts which have left some neighbourhoods without power for two weeks.

The authorities are blaming the energy crisis on Buenos Aires' worst heatwave in decades, with temperatures over 38C.

But the opposition accuses the government of mismanagement.
