Panama 'finds missiles' on North Korea ship

16 July 2013 Last updated at 23:12 BST

A North Korean ship has been seized by the authorities in Panama who say that missile parts were discovered on board.

The vessel was stopped at the entrance to the Panama Canal because officials suspected it was carrying drugs.

It's being seen as an attempt by North Korea to break UN resolutions on arms trafficking.
