Musical farewell to murdered Kombo Kolombia band

Dozens of mourners have turned out to bid farewell to the members of a band who were kidnapped and killed last weekend in northern Mexico.

Friends and family of the band Kombo Kolombia, which played the typical Colombian rhythm of vallenato, accompanied musicians the funeral procession in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon.

On Monday, authorities announced that the bodies found in a well corresponded to the missing band members.

In total 20 people were abducted between musicians and collaborators after playing a gig last week. Only one managed to escape the slaughter.
