Venezuela's Hugo Chavez says he needs cancer surgery
The President of Venezuela, Hugo Chavez, has said his cancer is back.
In a televised address to the Venezuelan people, Mr Chavez said that he would go back to Havana, Cuba, on Sunday for more surgery.
Mr Chavez is now talking about handing over power to someone else.
