Argentina: Toxic cloud descends on Buenos Aires

A toxic cloud descended on the Argentine capital of Buenos Aires on Thursday.

It happened after a pesticide container at the port caught fire.

Authorities said the cloud was not dangerous, but it left many people taking drastic action to escape the smell.
