Help

Ten tonnes of cocaine, marijuana, opiates and other illegal substances have been destroyed in Peru, as the government continues its war on drugs.

This brings the total sum of disposed drugs to more than 40 tons since July.

According to the US, Peru has now overtaken Colombia as the world's largest producer of pure cocaine.
