Rio de Janeiro's famous cable car turns 100
The cable car that unites the monolithic hills of granite that rise from the water around Rio de Janeiro's Guanabara bay is 100 years old this month.
The aerial tramway is the easiest way to access one of Rio's most important tourist attractions, Sugarloaf mountain.
