Cuba fashion show to raise Alzheimer's disease awareness

Help

Senior citizens in Cuba who have been diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's disease have taken to the catwalk to help promote awareness of the condition.

An estimated 130,000 people on the island have the disease or related dementias.

Doctors warns that numbers could double by 2024 if simple lifestyle changes are not adopted such as exercising regularly and eating a healthy, balanced diet.
