Blast hits Venezuela's biggest oil refinery
At least 24 people have been killed in a huge explosion at Venezuela's largest oil refinery.
More than 50 others were injured in the worst-ever disaster for South America's biggest oil exporter.
It is thought to have been caused by a gas leak.
