Chilean students clash with police during education protests

Students have taken to the streets of Chile's capital Santiago calling for free public education and changes to the tax system.
The government has responded by proposing the introduction of more scholarships and a lowering of interest rates on student loans.
Protests over the education system have been taking place in Chile for nearly a year.
