Peru squatter eviction turns violent
Violent clashes erupted in Peru when police evicted more than 2,500 squatters from private land.
Authorities raided the Puerto Dos Tallos land after the squatters moved in two days ago.
Riot police fired tear gas at the residents who fought back with sticks and stones.
Police are continuing to maintain a heavy presence in the area.
