Panama's fight against drug smugglers
Counter-drugs forces in Panama have been trying to reduce the grip organised criminals have on one of the country's remote islands.
But their operation to seize one of the boats used by drug cartels on Carti Island, off Panama's Caribbean coast, has met with resistance from local people.
