Venezuela's Ciudad Caribia: Socialist paradise or ghetto?
Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez has promised to build three million new homes by 2019 as part of the government's so called Great Housing Mission to tackle the housing shortage in the country.
It is hoped that the recently completed Ciudad Caribia, in the hills north of the capital Caracas, will become a model 'socialist city'.
But is it paradise or a ghetto for its residents?
