Debt-ridden Jamaica appeals to IMF for help


Jamaican government ministers are due to meet officials from the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Washington.

They are expected to ask the IMF for more help as the country tries to reduce its debts.

As Nick Davies reports from Jamaica, the country's economy has failed to thrive for decades.
