Falklands War: Argentina ups pressure on anniversary
Argentina's President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner has addressed a rally at the port of Ushuaia, where some of the Argentine invasion fleet set sail for the Falkland Islands 30 years ago.
During the speech, Fernandez described the UK's control over the Falkland Islands as "absurd", but still urged for peace.
Tension between the two countries over the islands has been rising again in recent months.
John Simpson reports from Buenos Aires.
