Cuba's National Assembly might approve a couple of measures backed by the Communist Party Congress aimed at updating the Cuban economic model.
According to the official newspaper Granma, a new Housing Act is being drafted.
It will mean that for the first time in 50 years, Cubans will be able to sell their home for money or to buy a new car.
