Thousands flee homes as Chile volcanoes erupt
A chain of volcanoes has erupted in southern Chile, sending a column of smoke and ash high into the air.
More than 3,000 people have been moved from their homes and are being housed in temporary shelters.
The authorities have issued a red alert, the maximum warning level for the area around the volcanoes.
