Protests as Haiti celebrates independence

2010 was a bad year for Haiti.

There was a devastating earthquake, a deadly cholera epidemic and a presidential election marred by violence and allegations of fraud.

On Saturday, the country celebrated its independence - and people took the opportunity to protest against the country's president, Rene Preval.
