Argentina celebrates first gay weddings

Help

The first gay weddings have taken place in Argentina after the implementation of a law approved by parliament earlier this month.

Argentina is the first country in Latin America to legalise same-sex marriages.

The law was passed after a long and often bitter campaign and still faces some opposition.

The BBC's Daniel Schweimler reports.
