The cliff path to the north of the former holiday village at Plemont in St Ouen, Jersey, has been reopened.

The alarm was raised on 4 January after the fire was spotted by nearby residents.

No-one was injured but the main building was destroyed by fire.

The path was closed for public safety as there was a risk of burnt parts of the building coming loose in the high winds. Jersey Fire and Rescue is investigating the cause of the blaze.
