Jersey's St Clement coast road reopens after collapse
The hole in St Clement's coast road was 15ft (4.6m) deep
The St Clement's coast road in Jersey has reopened after it gave way and a large hole appeared.
A spokesman for Transport and Technical Services said the 15ft (4.6m) deep hole near Avalone Park was caused after a main sewer pipe broke under the road surface and weakened it.
He added that the pipe had since been fixed and the road resurfaced.
It had been closed between Rue de Samares and Rue De Maupertuis since Thursday.
