Jersey crash injures eight, including 18-month-old baby

Four people are in hospital with life-threatening injuries after a crash in Jersey.

Eight people, including an 18-month-old baby, were injured in the three-car collision.

Emergency services were called to the accident outside the post office in Trinity at about 1215 GMT.

Jersey Police said the injured were being treated at the General Hospital. An investigation into the cause of the accident has begun.

The road in Trinity will remain closed for several hours.
