Isle of Man cyclist died from Range Rover crash injuries

A cyclist involved in a crash with a Range Rover on the Isle of Man died from chest and spinal injuries, an inquest has heard.

Kathryn Burge, 41, a physiotherapist who lived in Lonan, died on Main Road, Kirk Michael, on 4 August.

Coroner Jayne Hughes said police inquiries were continuing into the circumstances of the death and sent her condolences to her family.

The inquest at Douglas courthouse was adjourned with a date to be fixed.

Born in Stafford Ms Burge was a keen cyclist and fell runner who worked as a physiotherapist at Noble's hospital.
